I grew up in Boston watching Gene Kelly movies and decided early that I was going to spend my life moving. That took me to Los Angeles, and then most of the way around the world.
I’ve performed on the Oscars, the Grammys, the Emmys, the VMAs, and the AMAs. I’ve been in La La Land, Babylon, and Hairspray, on Glee, Grease: Live!, Dancing with the Stars, and Saturday Night Live. I’ve toured with Justin Bieber and Glee Live!, performed at the Winter Olympics with Ricky Martin, and shared the stage with artists from Stevie Wonder to Ariana Grande. Two decades of learning how the body performs when everything is on the line — thousands of hours, in front of millions of people, with no room to be off.
Somewhere in there, I got just as interested in what happens off the stage. I’ve trained in Budokon, hatha yoga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I surf, hike, climb, cycle, lift, and sprint. I’ve been vegan for over a decade. I’ve taught classes on four continents, coached actors and performers through movement, and hosted retreats built around surf, meditation, and brotherhood.
All of it became Lykos — the brand and the practice I founded on one idea: movement is medicine. Dance, martial arts, yoga, fitness, and breath, treated as one thing instead of five.
These days I split my time between performing, coaching, building Lykos, and being outside as much as possible. The work is the same either way: show up, move, go all in.
