Lykos means wolf. I built it on one idea: movement is medicine — dance, yoga, martial arts, fitness, and breath, fused into a single practice instead of five separate boxes. What started as my own training philosophy is now a clothing line too: sustainable, vegan pieces made from hemp and organic cotton, built for people who move for a living, or just want to move like they mean it.
Lykos Movement Club
A monthly meetup for movers — no class structure, no ego, just a group showing up to sweat, connect, and drop in together. Bring whatever practice you've got; leave with a few new people in your corner.
